1. Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and modern user experiences across web and mobile product platforms. This role involves designing workflow-driven interfaces, data-rich screens, and AI-enabled user journeys with a strong emphasis on usability, speed, and rapid iteration.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced product environments with evolving requirements and should be able to translate complex business workflows into simple, user-friendly design solutions. This is a product-focused role requiring strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and fast prototyping capabilities using modern and GenAI-assisted design tools.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 End-to-End Product Design
- Design user journeys from concept to high-fidelity prototypes
- Convert product requirements into wireframes, UX flows, and interactive designs
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex, multi-step workflows
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across features
- Iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder, user, and product feedback
2.2 Web and Mobile Experience Design
- Design responsive interfaces for web applications
- Design mobile-first experiences for on-the-go and multi-device users
- Ensure seamless cross-device consistency and usability
- Apply platform-specific UX best practices (Web, Android, iOS)
- Optimize layouts for clarity, performance, and ease of navigation
2.3 Workflow, Dashboard & Application UX
- Design structured interfaces for workflow-driven applications
- Create dashboards, tables, filters, and data-heavy UI layouts
- Simplify complex user tasks through intuitive UX patterns
- Improve efficiency through thoughtful navigation and interaction design
- Design scalable UI patterns for modular and extensible product features
2.4 AI-Enabled & Conversational UX (Preferred Direction)
- Design chat-based and guided interaction flows
- Support AI-assisted and automation-driven user experiences
- Design modern interaction patterns for intelligent and adaptive interfaces
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI-native features
2.5 Rapid Prototyping, Design Systems & Iteration
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
- Create interactive prototypes with quick turnaround timelines
- Deliver rapid design iterations in fast-moving product cycles
- Ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem
- Prepare developer-ready handoffs with clear specifications and annotations
2.6 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams
- Incorporate business, technical, and user feedback into iterations
- Align design outputs with product roadmap and delivery priorities
3. Must-Have Skills
3.1 Core UX & Product Design
- Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Solid understanding of information architecture and usability principles

3.2 Tools & Design Execution (Mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (must-have)
- Strong experience with:
- Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping)
- FigJam / Miro (for flows, journey maps, workshops)
- Design documentation and developer handoff practices
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for Web and Mobile
- Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes efficiently
3.3 Fast Prototyping Using GenAI Tools (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping using GenAI-assisted design tools
- Hands-on usage of tools such as:
- Figma AI
- Lovable (or similar rapid UI generation tools)
- Midjourney / DALL·E (for UI concepts and visual ideation)
- Uizard, Galileo, or equivalent AI wireframing tools
- Ability to quickly convert requirements into:
- Wireframes
- UX flows
- High-fidelity screens
- Interactive prototypes within short timelines
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation, layout exploration, and design iterations
3.4 Web + Mobile Design Capability
- Proven experience designing both web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive UX principles
- Knowledge of mobile usability patterns and interaction models
- Ability to design scalable interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes
3.5 Product & Platform Thinking
- Experience designing product platforms (not just marketing websites)
- Understanding of workflow-oriented and application-style interfaces
- Experience with dashboard-style or data-rich UI preferred
